How long have you attended Faith Christian Church?

In a few sentences share how you became a Christian.

I was 11 years old when I first started coming to Faith Christian. I came with my two sisters and their husbands. After learning who God is and seeing the excitement in my family after meeting Jesus I knew I wanted that same excitement and to know Him more. I asked my sister to pray the sinners prayer with me and have been walking with Christ ever since.
 

In what ways has Faith Christian Church brought value to your life?

Faith Christian is my home. The people there are my family. My husband and I were married by Pastor Paul almost 24 years ago. Our 4 kids have been brought up in this church, baptized here, our two oldest daughters met their husbands here and were married here, serve here regularly and are now expecting their own babies to be dedicated here in the next few months.
 

What do you enjoy most about coming to church?

I love the fellowship. I love that it's family centered. I love that all of my family is involved in serving and love doing it. I love that Pastor Paul and Doreen are the same people outside of church as they are in the church. They have set a great example on what family can be.
 

What are you most excited for as we look ahead to what God is doing in our communities?

I am so excited to see the growth of so many families. There are 4 generations of my family here. I hope there's many others that will be able to say the same thing.
 

What is your favorite Bible verse and why?

John 13:35
By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.

I love this verse because it was a verse that we wanted our kids to know growing up. We would sing this verse in a song with our kids. People should see us as set apart in how we treat other people.
